Client:  Parshuram Investments

Description:  Six screen multiplex, bowling alleys, a convention centre and an exclusive club and food park were designed within this ten storied building. The design of this building was done on structural steel instead of R.C.C. to save the time of erection.

Description:  : Built on the site of an existing building damaged due to metro railway. The building has a relatively small footprint but a tall height. This point like form had to be designed very skilfully to achieve optimum space and aesthetics after providing the requisite stairs and elevators. Top three floors are the residences of the owners.

Description:  A small market designed for a township of the steel mines of Aditya Birla Group at Jilling. The small functional and aesthetic building has been very appreciated by the client.

Description:  The building has two dna like entwined towers symbolising the building block of biotech industry DNA. The building will house the offices of the client and the rest of the space will be sold or leased out to other prospective buyers.

Description:  The client an eminent Los Angeles physician wanted a home which would be international in its looks. Three alternatives were designed the keeping in mind the client’s passion for fishing and water. The alternative selected was a composition of geometric forms which the client felt was at home at Los Angeles or Kolkata.

     Medical College and Hospital at Jadavpur, Kolkata.
     

    Client:  KPC Foundation

Description:  The site is an existing Tuberculosis hospital which was a sanatorium. A few buildings of the old hospital will be retained and integrated with a new hospital block. The tall block was designed as the client wanted the building to be visible from an adjoining flyover.
